The Greater Dalis
Long ago, the greater Dalis were the dominant race on Ardean. The had unlocked the keys to flesh manipulation and knew how to forge the black stone.
Under the guidance of gods, they remade themselves into something more noble. However, this was not enough for them, so they turned to Ainntar for help and eventually made her their slave. Whenever this was Ainntars plan all along or not. She helped them to become practically immortal by connecting their souls to hers.
There are still debates on what actually happened, but one day the sky turned into a rainbow of colors and then there was silence. All the Dalis in Ardean had perished, they had lost their lives where they stand. All gone.
Ainntar was never seen again.
It's presumed that they invented the Black Stone artifacts.
Basic Information
Anatomy
Being enhanced creatures, they had superior physique, they were often over 3 meters tall, they had large dark or black "dragonish" eyes and a dark golden skin. Remnants of which can be seen on some noble bloodlines.

After they disappeared. They left a massive power vacuum in the world. Dara's were the first one to take advantages of it. Later the remnant "lesser" Dalis came from east and Oroii to take back Amaran and it's neighbouring areas. But the Dalis would never reach the same heights of power.
