New Titan

New Titan is a star system owned by the Commonwealth of Man. It has five planets and one star. New Titan was the first colonized system outside of the Sol System. It is within the Core Sector.

Planets

New Titan contains five planets: Asteria, Atlas, Cronus, Hyperion, and Thea.

Asteria

Asteria is a small, rocky, barren world. Its surface is mostly scorched by the heat of the sun, and has no atmosphere.

Atlas

Atlas is an Earth-like planet with huge mountain ranges with low, fertile valleys. The planet is home to many simple forms of life. Several colonies have been established on the planet. Atlas produces a large number of materials for the Commonwealth.

Cronus

Cronus is an enormous gas giant with an atmosphere composed mostly of argon and sulfur dioxide.

Hyperion

Hyperion is a large gas giant with a dense hydrogen atmosphere. The planet supports a number of small rocky moons, none of which have their own atmosphere.

Thea

Thea is a medium-sized gas giant with an atmosphere mostly composed of nitrous oxide

Natural Resources

New Titan is rich in natural materials useful for the construction of spaceships and buildings. New Titan is an important colonial holding and imports hundreds of thousands of materials every year to the Commonwealth. New Titan mines are some of the most profitable in the Commonwealth's holdings.
