Overview

The Free City of Arthuan located within The Mythraiæn Tear. It is a relatively mid-sized port town that has a very inexpensive lifestyle with many of the locals providing for themselves and their families. Perhaps the most notable thing about this free city is The Jolly Skipper captained by Leoni Talon, a Tabaxi captain who constantly ferries people aboard their barge to the nearby City-State of Naermyr. Aside from, it acts as a port warehousing town for many trade guilds who pass through the local waters.
