The City-State of Naermyr (Na-meer)

Overview

The City-State of Naermyr is located in the Mythraiæn Tear. It is neighboring to the The Free City of Arthuan with a Tabaxi Captain known as Leoni Talon who commands The Jolly Skipper, a Barge that travels between the two cities. While Arthuan is seen as relatively poor and impoverished, Naermyr is considered a city of luxury with a small navy and a garrison force to be reckoned. Besides, it is also home to many organizations within the Tear such as The Mythic Wanderers and The Twinsails. While a powerful City-State in its own right, Naermyr tends to focus on being a sort of hub for other organizations and instead of doing their own trading, with their lucrative location and opportunities instead tax a lot of the work being done within the city.
