Nehereseth

Nehereseth, god of crocodiles and reptiles, keeper of knowledge and magicks. He is one of the eldest of the pantheon and mate of Ra-Avan. Father of Mar-Aduk and Achnon-Ankh and patron of mages and scholars.   Nehereseth is depicted as a robed man with the head of a crocodile. He carries the tome of all knowledge. He is a gentle god, that inspires curiosity and wisdom in his followers. He is, together with Ra-Avan, his mate, one of the most important deities of the pantheon and worshipped as such.
