"Mars stands ever ready to meet the foes of mankind. For glory, for blood, and for the
Rifanid!"
~CEO Samz Neamhan,
Martian Arms
Military Industrial Complex
The
Martian Militia is
Martian Arms' biggest customer. Everything that
Martian Arms makes either can be used in war or the machines can be converted with little trouble to begin making war goods. Their forges run day and night, their R&D never stops thinking about better ways to fight, and their profit margins pulse with the beating heart of war even in peacetime.
One of
Martian Arms' most notorious activities is the conquest and emplacement of depots scattered around
Human Space.
Martian Arms upper echelons are the only ones that know how many or where these depots are, but should the need arise there will be no shortage of
Martian Arms weaponry and armor.
Martian Arms armor is unmistakeable in profile with charcoal-black monocrys capes, red
Carbexene over
Martian Silk bodygloves and seemingly low-tech accoutrements designed for rugged durability rather than complexity. It's sometimes said that there is not a single piece of
Martian equipment that can't mount a bayonet, and while this isn't exactly true, their first ever battleship, the MABS
Ash and Slag, did have a retractible ram. If that doesn't count, the weaponry certainly makes up for it, as
Martian Arms weapons are designed with extreme versatility in mind. One rifle may fire lasers with an underslung gyroc, side-mounted with a portable flamethrower, and the flamethrower with its very own bayonet stud. When it comes to violence,
Martian Arms leaves nothing off the table.
