The Tipsy Swan
The Tipsy Swan is the only tavern in Winur, and as such it is the local watering hole for the locals. It also serves as the inn for the village, providing nicer lodging than what is available in the Shrine. The proprietor of the Tavern is Conall Inglis, who inherited the business from his father.

Purpose / Function
The most common reason someone may visit The Tipsy Swan is to have a drink with your neighbours, as it is the local watering hole for the village of Winur. You are also able to have a nice meal, which Conall will surprise you with quality of.
If you are not from Winur or the other surrounding villages, you may also require somewhere to stay: Conall maintains 6 rooms with double beds on the second floor of the building, and charges the measly sum of 5cp a night per person.
