The College of Shattered Spire
Structure
Scholar (Classes 1-10)- Scholar is a title bestowed upon persons wishing to join the College for study. The class is determined by completed years of study. Lower classes are required to do much of the menial work of the College (cleaning, cooking, collecting basic data). Higher classes are often assigned to research teams that conduct study on the island.
Professor- A Professor is responsible for the management of individual classes (Typically around 15 scholars per class). Professor is the highest rank most will ever reach. Professors are privileged to access the library of the Shattered Mage, where ancient tomes and writings of former Shattered Mages are stored.
The Trusted Ones- The Trusted Ones are the closest confidants of the Shattered Mage. They are the only members of the College that are regularly allowed to interacted with the Shattered Mage. They pass along the insights of the Shattered Mage to the rest of the College, and are directly responsible for authorizing any research projects conducted on the island.
The Shattered Mage - The Shattered Mage is a title bestowed upon the leader of the College of Shattered Spire. Their primary role is to provide insight to chaos of the island, providing the basis upon which the rest of the mages of the college preform the majority of their research. Their responsibilities are all-consuming, so the Shattered Mage is rarely seen.

Public Agenda
To study the abnormal magical occurrences on the Island of the Shattered Spire in order to use that knowledge to push the frontier of what magic can accomplish and to conquer the mystical powers of the Coasts of Kunnow.
