Stellemancer

The Stellemancer position came from the Second Officer of the Fergana, and is one of the positions of the Insignia Council. The Stellemancer is the one responsible for monitoring and tracking external sensor data, and managing external drones, among other things.
The person bearing this signum is capable of accessing the sensor data with their mind, of directing repair nanites to fix the more delicate circuitry of the sensor arrays, and is one of the only people with access to the satellite system. They have access to external sensor data focused on space but it’s become so old and corrupted after so long that the data makes no sense and they honestly don’t know why this position exists but it does so they do it.
