Chiromer

The Chiromer is a combination of the Chiroflet and the Preodomo. It was crafted specifically after The Sundering, when nine of the twenty-one Insignia were removed from Tholaren Dome.
Some of the functions were reallocated, but others had to be replaced. The Chiromer functioned in the usage of external forces, both monitoring and vehicular. While the people of the dome at the time saw little use for those vehicles, there still needed to be someone capable of controlling them.
Of the three new insignia, the Chiromer has been the title to gain the most respect in modern society, since they have the greatest functionality of all of them. The other two are just as crucial, but less interesting.

Powers

As with all insignia, the Chiromer has a set of powers the bearer might access. As they're responsible for external defense and vehicles, they have access to all the vehicles in the dome. Under particular circumstances, they can activate a series of drones that are controlled mentally and can be used for surveillance outside the dome, even going up as far as the lower atmosphere without difficulty.

Responsibilities

The Chiromer is meant to oversee the maintenance and use of the vehicles and transportation within the dome. Since most things are close enough to walk to, none of them are privately owned and as such the Chiromer is responsible for allocating the uses of what's available.
They're also responsible for the external drones. Most of the use of this comes during a fracture of the dome shell, where they need the eyes that the drones provide to see the exterior damage. This comes with some risk, as mental connection to the drones to control them also renders one vulnerable to damage if that drone is destroyed in the storms.
