Petris III

Metropolitan Petris III (born Ermenegildo Berni on 7 Helion 1159) is the current Metropolitan of the Haugrkirk Emuna and ruler of the Theorepublic of Enetoi. He was elected by the Electoral College in 1233, succeeding Metros Adrian VII. Petris III has pursued an aggressive policy regarding the Berytusian Empire and Imperial See, desiring a Ninth Great Holy War to end the Enetoi Schism by force. He previously was a layman, serving as Chief Gondolier of Enetoi from 1199 to 1227. He was elevated to the Cardinality by Adrian VI in 1228, and appointed as a Cardinal-Hierphant.
