Ottoru

A small fishing village located on the Udokuhe lake. It's ruled by Lord Etsuku Tamaza's Mutahn Tomo Genastu.

Government

Ruled by Tomo Genatsu who is in servituide to lord Etsuku of house Tamaza. He's a paranoid man and believes in many myths and ill omens.

Defences

They have a guard house and a lake to their backside but no walls or towers.

Industry & Trade

Fishing and hunting are the most important jobs for the village here. The Smith, Nobu keeps the villagers supplied with plenty of hunting and fishing tools.

Infrastructure

They have a sizeable docks for a fishing village, a watermill, and a smithy.

Assets

There is a blacksmith run by Nobu Etahn, and a general goods store run by Okunu Patasu. To the lakeside, there's also the Amaku Inn own by Tenzen Araku, his son has recently gone missing and he would be willing to pay a lot for his safe return.

Guilds and Factions

There is a small church of the Moon here and a hunting lodge as well.

Is built off the Udokuhe lake valley around the Irudu and Desu mountains.
