Hisaki Arashi

Formerly a Private of the 13th Platoon with Operation Overture. Escaped the massacre of his platoon through unknown means and was found in the lair of the Perytons by Namae No Nai when they exterminated that threat alongside members of the Phoenix Brigade, led by Daiki Narukami, and the Wolves of the Lily. After being rescued along with Espowyes, he seemed broken both in body and spirit. Despite this he requested to be allowed to stay and join the 9th Platoon, which Namae No Nai and the Wolves of the Lily were accompanying.
When the decision was made for the abortion of Operation Overture after the threats made by the Wild Hunt, Arashi again chose to stay in Aomori. Alongside Namae No Nai, Espowyes, and each member of the Phoenix Brigade who took part in the extermination of the Perytons, he continued the exploration and rescue mission of Operation Overture aboard the keelboat, Peregrine. After three days of travel and several close encounters, during which he dealt the final blow to the Forest Drake which had brought Yu within inches of death, he again went with Namae No Nai when they parted ways with the Phoenix Brigade to go in search of Ikari's father.
