Aryan Adventurer's Guild
Come and heed the call to adventure!
Such is the motto of the Aryan Adventurer's Guild. Founded by the legendary adventuring party known as The Fool's Dominion, this guild beckons to adventurers near and far. Many towns in The Aryan Isles have a local branch representing the guild's interests.
Here, parties can form up and accept jobs posted by the Guild. The Guild also sells most basic equipment that a novice adventurer would need. For more experienced members, the Guild has more advanced contracts as well as a smaller selection of more powerful ware for sale.
Admittance to the Guild is a one time payment of 3gp upfront and a monthly payment of 10 coppers for as long as a person wishes to remain active.
The Guild uses a straightforward level system to discern the difficulty of jobs that they hand out. All missions are rated on a scale from 1-10 by a team of experienced adventurers and sent to the various guildhalls for processing. When adventurers join, they will find that they only have access to level 1 missions (represented by a star in the right-hand corner of the job poster). As adventurers complete more missions and improve their party's overall skill, they may gain access to more highly rated missions
In terms of game mechanics, each level corresponds to two player levels (i.e. a level one mission is suited for players levels 1-2, a level two mission would be for level 3-4 and so on).
Structure
The Guild is run by the Guildmaster , Vastoki Oakdigger. All guild decisions are made by him. Beneath Vastoki, there are regional guildmasters that each run one of the seven guildhalls located around The Aryan Isles.
Culture
At the core of The Adventuring Guild is the capacity that anyone, big or small, good or bad, deserves a shot at adventure. Vastoki himself was a legendary adventurer who conquered more dungeons, slew more monsters, and helped more in need than practically anyone else.
Public Agenda
To promote the pursuit of adventurer as well as equip those that would aspire to head out into the world and explore it with the proper equipment needed. The guild also seeks to maintain a well regulated information system such that any job requests made within the Isles are referred back to adventurers promptly.
At their core, The Guild accepts all comers, no matter who they may be, so long as they pay the entrace fee and sign the guild's lengthy (and magically binding) contract.

Dozens of adventurers and their own amassed wealth from the taxation they impose on their measures.
Political Influence & Intrigue
Due to its high contribution to both The Aryan National Reserve and the government, the guild holds a considerable manor of sway in national politics (though Vastoki expressly forbade any tampering in such an area).
