The Great Old Ones

The Great Old Ones are Celestial Beings that do not belong to the Godly Pantheons and the Aelf race of Celestials. While each of the Great Old Ones are individual and unique amongst the others, mythology on Terralba states that they are all brothers and sisters, being the first beings in the universe.
Learning the true natures and exactly what the Great Old Ones are, is a strong ambition for many scholars in the Arcane Academy on Slinzir. Those scholars that decide to sacrifice their lives in order to gain the knowledge of these beings will attempt to contact them and in turn become Warlocks. Where the Gods have their Clerics to enact their mortal duties, the Great Old Ones use these Warlocks as pawns to further their personal aims.
