Esor

The lands of Esor lie south of the old turathi kingdoms on Kreata. Unlike its sister continent Orela, Esor is marked with little diversity, in either its lands or its peoples. The great nation of Arkosia claims near total dominion over the land, yet they are beset by threats on the edges of their empire: Heretic rebels, roving drakes, mercenary adventurers, mysterious creatures, such other forces claw at the foundations of this civilization, and strain their culture even as they seek to spread their knowledge and faith to other nations.
A few other peoples, such as the dark skinned Maero humans have made a home on the western coast. A remote people long separated from their turathi ancestors, they have nonetheless utilized their position to be a neutral force and facilitate diplomacy, trade, and espionage with the empires past and present.
Those who venture deep into the deserts of Esor have reported strange dealings, and stranger creatures. It it held as reliable mythology that those that seek the paths to other worlds can find them in the valley of a hundred voices.
