Star-Born Plague

The Star-Born Plague was a catastrophic affliction that swept across Tenebria following the Rupture, warping both flesh and fate. Unlike ordinary sickness, its symptoms were unnatural - boils that pulsed with eerie light, growths that resembled additional eyes or limbs, and whispers heard only by the afflicted. Some victims vanished entirely, leaving behind only their shadows burned into walls.

Though the plague itself has long faded, its marks remain - in the bloodlines of the cursed, in the abandoned villages where it struck the hardest, and in the Cosmic Wound, the festering scar it left upon the sky. Even now, when the Wound flares, some say the sickness stirs once more.
