Auretine River

The Aurentine is the great river of the central Imorea, broad and deep, flowing through the heartlands of the Mornlands and beneath the walls of the great city of Turvalon. Its waters shimmer with silt and secrets, carrying barges, royal processions, and secrets between cities.

Legends claim the Aurentine remembers every oath sworn upon its banks and every crown cast into its depths. To cross it is to pass into history; to drown in it, some say, is to be bound to it eternally.
