Temshi Tram Network Tunnels

Deep below the surface, a system of tunnels has been carved out for the Temshai Tram Network. On stretches of track that lie under Temshai's continents, the tram runs underground. Beneath the ocean, the track sometimes comes just under the ocean floor, with the rock blasted away and a clear dome covering the tunnel, to both keep the water out and provide passengers with a view of the sea. The tunnel is unlit and roughly 20 feet in width, allowing for a few feet of clearance on each side of a moving tram.   The tram runs on a form of magical propulsion, hovering just above the tunnel floor. A two-foot-wide strip of metal with a glowing green centre strip runs the length of the tunnel.
