Kina Veslynd is a female half-elf gambler. She's classy, lithe, and elegant, spending her time at high-stakes tables. She's known to reside in Eleth Lilanor, on the lowest level of Light's Rise, in a house built into the outer wall a few blocks from the Torch & Tankard Inn.
Kina is more than just a gambler, however. She's a Vigilance operative, assigned to monitor black market activities aboard The Windward Serpent. Her Vigilance tattoo is high on her left thigh, hidden by the dresses she usually wears when seated at the card table. Her dresses have slits running up to her mid-thighs, giving her more freedom of movement as well as making it easier to reveal her tattoo when needed to prove her affiliation.
The party first heard of Kina from Grimscale Hlothran, an Ebon Axes operative who coordinated the attack on the tram between Beacon and Heart Of Shards. The Axes' next goal was to acquire a gold poker chip from Kina. The party encountered her when they stopped an Axes attack in her house. She convinced Talienne to allow the party to board The Windward Serpent in an effort to stop the Axes' attack.
