Gareth
Gareth is an elderly dwarven merchant who sells weapons on The Windward Serpent's black market. He lives with his family in Dun Girimbor, near the Mithril-Bound Keg in the Market District.
As part of the Ebon Axe plot to cripple the Windward Serpent, Gareth's family was kidnapped and he was forced to hand out explosively-charged crystals to Ebon Axe members aboard the airship. The party and the Serpent guards shut the operation down and Kina Veslynd involved Vigilance operatives to make sure Gareth's family was saved.
