The Upper-hierophant is the absolute highest authority in the church of Geminism, known for being chosen by Geminesus himself the Upper-Hierophant is voted in when the current one dies. An Upper-Hierophant can be voted in from the body of Hierophants, a consortium of priests that decide the laws and beliefes of Geminism. The Upper-Hierophant has the capability to communicate directly with the gods via. a unique ritual. Qualifications
Must be elected by all of the other Hierophants, must be a Hierophant, Serene Priestess or Foreign Heathen Manager.
Requirements
Must be either Artemisian, Nomadian, Fabian or Ouakalian.
Appointment
The appointment ceremony is much alike the ceremonies for Serene priestesses or FHAs, just more important.
Duties
Carry the word of the gods on to others.
Responsibilities
The position of the Upper-Hierophant includes managing the jobs of the Serene Priestess and Foreign Heathen Manager, and convening with the gods.

Benefits of being an Upper-hierophant are abundant, such as being paid around five million horos/year, complete authority over all church business or to some the promise of being married to the current serene priestess who are known for being exceptionally beautiful.
