Master Phillip Langston Aginaw, Esq. (a.k.a. Phillie Phil)
Nicknamed after a horse he used to look after with his older brother, "Phillie" Phil is ostensibly the Wharf Rats "lawyer", but he is much more of a "fixer". Suave, voluble, and quite often glib, the lad is unafraid to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty. He is an absolute and tireless advocate for the Wharf Rats, and is surprisingly apt at any number of things.
