Channar sat watching the guard go through the daily drill, their sergeant bellowing at them every time they made a mistake and congratulating those who did not, he was a hardman but the guard new him as a strong man who brooked no quarrels and always hand their back. He glanced towards the manor, Lord Artemis Stood talking to one of the visiting nobles, he laughed inwardly Artemis would be groaning inside listening to the political nonsense, Channar had no time for politics he was a man of tactics, combat and horses all of which he new exceedingly well. He had agreed to come to freeport as the City Captain after serving with Artemis in the Landrian navy as has many of his friends, although he missed his homeland of Sholeon he had found a new land of wild beauty and a place where he could stand for something and for that he was grateful
Physical Description
Body Features
Solidly built with broad shoulders and a powerful heavily defined muscles. His hands are large and calloused from hard labour and constant use.
Facial Features
Hawk-like and weathered his face can look extremely stern, he has a thin goatee that he keeps cut short and arched eyebrows. His head is shaven except for a lock of hair at the front and a braided top knot that splits in two and reaches below his shoulders.

His legs have the slight gait of someone who has lived in the saddle.

Dresses in traditional Sholeon garb and rarely wears a top since i finds them to restrictive and also the climate is to warm for him otherwise. He carries a flail at his waist and a ceremonial dirk that belong to his father.
