The Khadra and Soulmeliti meet again, this time in New Solarin. The two delegations discuss matters until the Yuletide festivities. Finally, a pact of non-aggression, known as The Mending Matters, is signed between the two. The Khadric return to their homes with Soulmeliti silk, and the silk-Mithril trade returns to Tarien.
