In what is often described as the last of invention in the Nerrid "Time of Invention", the catapult is inventer in Nerridon. After some debate - and much paperwork - a short war breaks out in the Nerrid Alliance with the only casualty being the Nerrid who suggested that they "try a war" in the first place.
