Wandering Justicar
With the black and white fur of his office, the towering paragon of Flietch-ta justice left his homeland to wander Tarien, primarily the Inner Seas, during the latter part of the Fifth Century. Combining his powerful psionic abilities with his skill in the ancient Flind martial art style of his house that emphasized locks and throws, he dispensed the Emperor’s justice wherever he went. While little is written of his adventures, he served well in his travels, bringing honor to the Empire, the order of Justicars, and his family before vanishing in a mist after charging a fortune teller in the City of Shifting Streets.
