Thalloxian Manifest
Written at the beginning of history by the Elders of the Order of Shar'iish'ta, this document details the Order's beliefs and guides their policies to this day. Strictly speaking, it declares the Order above the affairs of the mortal races and swears to remain neutral in all political events. It also, however, describes the Order's belief in Shar’iish’ta's balance and directs future generations to maintain that balance at all costs. The end result is that while the Order takes no sides, they do not stand apart from history. Instead they guide its path, often in small ways but occasionally with great acts, ensuring that no one race or power upsets the delicate balance on Tarien.
