Count of Eldarin
In truth, the count of Eldarin is not nearly as important as he likes to believe. While it is true that his fiefdom includes the Imperial Palace and that countless Eldorian nobles and foreign dignitaries visit his country estate every season. They eat his fine food, pulled from the bounty of the surrounding farmland and drink his fine wine, imported from Krellia and beyond. They whisper conspiratorially in gardens of shrewd political maneuvers. And dutifully, the Count bends the ear of the Regent with these tales. Unfortunately, though, other nobles have long caught on to Pepe's game and the tales he spins for the Regent never seem to come to fruition.
