Nerridian

Nerridian is the complicated, yet exceptionally precise, language of the Nerrid. It stands alone as a language group and consists of over a thousand small words, strung together to make tremendous words that describe things. A red horse that runs very fast and leaps very well would be a long word consisting of the root words for horse, red, fast, gallop, and leap. Written Nerridian is obscene. Words resemble sentences and paragraphs stretch for pages.

Hard to Learn

While Nerrid automatically know this language and may learn to read and write it like they would any other language, the effort to learn it as a second language is immense.  To represent this, if a character would like to learn Nerrid, it takes two language "slots" or twice as long to learn to speak it.  Likewise, learning to read and write the language takes twice as many slots or twice as long.
