Nemo Khankari

Count of Gartcha

Nemo Khankari, a wealthily land owner with over 500 head of horses and nearly as many men-at-arms to his name, lived in the hills around Lake Zeron and was generally regarded as the lord of the small fishing village of Romajin. Full of ambition, and with a reputedly intense dislike for both boats and the smell of fish, he lead his men south to Gartcha to instill order amongst the chaos and infighting of minor nobles that had erupted when the last of Kelkantins great-grandson's died childless. With an unreserved ruthlessness Nemo's men cleared the streets, mounted the heads of each of the minor lords on pikes, and restored order. With a curt message Zennon declaring himself lord of Gartcha, accompanied by several chests of gold of course, he was named a Count by the Dono.
