With a bald pate, broad shoulders, and thick hands, Illnok can certainly solve problems the old fashioned way. Not a sailor that dices in the few taverns along Pendri'ls wharf would cross
him in a fair fight. Most wouldn't even if the fight weren't fair. As a member of the Freelancers there is always someone who has seems to have his back. One might call it a health respect and it certainly makes collecting on gambling debts much easier.
What Illnok enjoys though, is the filing of Grievance. Any lout can solve a problem with brute strength, but it takes real cleverness to work the Grievance Box. First, there has to be a legitimate incident. That actually is not too difficult, everyone has broken one of the Edicts before. No, the tricky part is tying what they did to the problem you need fixed and then wording the Grievance in such a way that you get a Judgement in your favor that helps your cause. It does no good if a degenerate that welches on a debt gets exiled, after all. But enforced servitude? Now one can do wonders with that.
