Flind Emperor and Psionic Visionary
Before Cith Jarnet's time, any Flind found to exhibit mental powers - such as the ability to influence their neighbors merely by thinking about it or moving small objects just by looking at them - were typically looked upon with fear and suspicion. Most were exiled to mountains and a few were even stoned.So, when Cith Jarnet found that he had the ability to sense the thoughts of other Flind, he wisely kept this knowledge to himself. When he took the throne in 1473 BC, he used these powers to his advantage, gaining followers in the Council of the Crescent Moon until he had enough support to mandate that these skills be nourished, not punished. It may have taken a few generations for this new philosophy to take hold across the Flietch-ta Empire, but most consider him the father of Flind Psionic Powers.
