Castle Malta

Home to the King Henrick IV of Galencia Galencia, Castle Malta is marvel of engineering. Situated on a ridge, south across the River Prydith from Geyla, its soaring towers are a majestic site. Built after the destruction of the city by Kerr, Sedrick the Great had both elegance and function in mind when the castle was designed. Its white washed walls are nearly a dozen feet think and littered with the same ballista that guard the city itself. Its towers provide perches upon which soldiers can scan the sky, awaiting the dragon’s return. In the millennia since the attack, several have been refurbished to provide guest lodging and even an observatory from which Galencian astronomers chart the heavens. The over 600 residents include both soldiers manning the fortifications, the government of Galencia, and the numerous cooks, maids, and other staff that make the Castle function.
