Ruined Magick {Gluttony}
"We must consume all. We hunger, our master hungers. All is but food!!" The gnoll shaman chanted, reaching for their patron's magick, draining the life force from the child in its hands, as if consuming it, dropping but a hollowed out husk of bone and skin. "We will feast!" it snarled.
Structure
Cults are usually made up of a horde of followers, dangerous, but non magi except for their shamanic leader, unless its a very large cult. Though heretics do exist amongst the civilized races, and finding a cult working in secret within a city or some such is possible, with Gulagor its not unlikely, but it isn't the most common either. Gulagor and his followers can be subtle, but the path of death and consumption they leave can be a dead giveaway. The Bestials; orcs, gnolls, beastmen and the like, are his most common followers, though as with all the Ruinous ones, he willingly accepts any and all his twisted brethren. The words of a Glutton Shaman are an indecipherable mess of mixed language. Sylvan, Draconic, Abyssal, Orc, all mashed together. One thing is understandable however. They mean to spread chaos wherever they can.
Public Agenda
To feed, on any and all creatures and plants. Endless feeding, endless consumption. A Cult of Gulagor is a dangerous bottomless pit, ever growing, a disease, an illness that must be burned away with fever. Cleanse the Unclean. Burn the Heretic.
Assets
Their magic is...well not remotely well understood. Gulagor demands feeding, sating of an insatiable appetite, continually demanding greater and greater sacrifice, more and more to feed upon. Hunter's, the ultimate omnivore, the ultimate predator, an unstoppable need to feed. Which means an unstoppable need to commit to the chase. Agility is the order of the day for a Gluttonous Shaman, as their patron demands fresh meat, literally, in return for anything greater than a small Blight. The Tragedies of Gulagor feed off the caster's very biomass, their body weight. Though raw, fresh killed flesh of man or beast can be used. If not careful, a Shaman of Gulagor can magically starve themselves to death.
History
Listed here are a mere three examples, of both Blights (Blessings) and Calamities (Miracles) for such a shaman. Feel free to flush out further if you need, these are but examples. Ruinous Powers, by their definition are Chaos, so the shamanic magics can be wild and varied. Use your creativity GMs. The other option is to snag elemental or geomancy spells, and just give them a...Gluttonous Abyssal flavor makeover.

Target: 1

Biomass Price: 5 kgs
Effect: You call upon your master to grant you a unique forced link to a target. This link cannot be broken by outside forces once it is established until the spell ends or until you or the target are dead. You may only have one of these links active at a time, though you can just cast this whilst one is active to replace that link and let that target off the hook. Every day this link exists, the target does however get to make a Willpower Test at Disadvantage to avoid letting you use it. This link allows you to forcibly drain their life force when calling on your master's magicks, their biomass being unexplainably stripped to feed the magic. Every time this happens, they are at risk of gaining a point of corruption. This can be lethal, indeed for one not used to it, they also lose 1 wound every time this happens, for the shock of it upon the body. If they fail the Willpower Test, even though they get it once a day automatically, the target is clueless as to what is happening, without passing a Dark Lore: Gulagor Skill Test at Disadvantage, or Lore (Daemons) also at Disadvantage.
Daemonic Summonings: As with all those of such persuasion, ultimately a cult of Gulagor is striving to bring his servants (wishing it was him for some reason) unto our realm. This however, is no easy or cheap task. A shaman simply cannot pay enough of their own biomass to keep a gate stable long enough. This is what prisoners are for.
*A note for myself/gms. A good way to be sure you are being reasonable for the balance of lifeforce versus the Daemon you drop on your players. For every 1 kg of biomass (So things that were alive. Plats count here as well as animals.) sacrificed, you get 1 exp of Daemon. So figuring what the Daemon is worth exp wise, you can figure out how many people or otherwise must be slaughtered to achieve it, assuming average peasants and the like. Note, for plant matter, I'd assume it takes a 3 kg/1 exp ratio, due to naturally how food chains work.
