The most cunning and treacherous of true dragons, green dragons use misdirection and trickery to get the upper hand against their enemies. A green dragon is recognized by the crest that begins near its eyes and continues down its spine, reaching full height just behind the skull.

Kestlerender is the son of the great green dragon Kestlehopper the Cruel. He has staked his claim to the Ashen forest and is striving to make a name for himself and spread fear throughout the Eigerlands. He is still a young adult and not the most mature in his reasoning. His main objective is to prove himself to his father and the other famous dragons of the realm.
In the Ashen forest he has already run into several obstacles keeping him from total control of the region. The Hag Coven known as the Eyes of the Forest have thwarted him several times. Each of these failures burns in his soul as he contemplates new ways to remove them and kill the hunters and adventurers that run through his forest.
His human alias is known as Vickander Kent, he roams the forest often in this guise to fool hunters and adventurers. He has heard of a strange device that is hidden somewhere in an ancient temple below the forest, The Antikythera Device. Supposedly it is a life draining device crafted with shard rock sometime in the second age. Very few descriptions of it are left but Kestlerender believes it exists. The Hags from the coven have suggested that they know it's location but refuse to tell him.
