An elven man who is also a Lord Constable with ETC, he has put together the illegal deal with Gunther and Borcius and Lamborginus. His other side hustle is working with Velour Suede and the DC’s. He provides them with shipping and acquisition of dangerous magical artifacts and weapons. He helped steal and move the Sarcophagus by boat from Lamborginus to Stoneport. The Sea Elephant is the boat he uses most often and it has large secret holds that allows him to smuggle goods.
