Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Jaya is small-framed and lithe, and very flexible. She is incredibly agile and deft with her hands, using her diminutive stature and dexterity to sneak into and out of many places that she shouldn't be.
Body Features
Jaya's body is toned and flexible, giving her a surprising strength and dexterity for her age and size. She can lift an unarmored adult fairly easily, a skill she has used to both impress and to escape from trouble.
Facial Features
Jaya has large, pink eyes that seem to reflect a certain inherent mischief. Her nose is small and rounded, and her cheeks are rosy and full.
Apparel & Accessories
Often seen wearing sleeveless robes, Jaya loves clothing that accentuates her powerful young body. She carries a staff of her own making constantly, which she has enchanted to grow more powerful as she does; this staff bears a striking physical resemblance to the legendary Staff of Unity and Chaos (also known as simply the Staff of Chaos), which was famously used by Jagar Tharn to imprison the Emperor Uriel Septim VII.
Specialized Equipment
In addition to her collection of staves, both of her own make and acquired, Jaya owns several daggers, which she cycles through on a weekly basis. One in particular is a dagger of Ayleid make, found by her in a ruin and enchanted with the ability to call forth a thunderstorm.

Education
Jaya was briefly educated at various academies around the Imperial City, but eventually was kicked out of each one for causing disturbances and starting fights with students and faculty alike. She is a voracious reader, and a good book is about the only thing that can keep her still for any length of time. In addition, Jaya claims to have a tutor who teaches her magical skills, though she refuses to elaborate on the details.
