The Terallias

Deeply rooted in the Imperial City, the Terallia family rose to prominence shortly after the Oblivion Crisis through the efforts and enterprising of Jorno Terallia, who used his connections and expertise to bring much-needed trade back into the region.   150 years later, Jacob Terallia, son of famed Legionnaire Masqumus Adamillian Terallia, now heads the Terallia Trading Company with the help of his wife Maria and eight children, while others in the family have gone on to be prolific adventurers, unmatched warriors, and brilliant scholars. A few particularly remarkable examples include Jupiterra Terallia, a Legion soldier of titanic strength and size; Juno Terallia, one of the preeminent modern-day scholars of Ayleid history and culture; and of course, Jessa Terallia, hero of Skyrim and chief relic collector for the Museum of the Dragonborn in Solitude.

History

The family traces its roots back to the late 3rd Era and Anne Terallia, who became the Eternal Champion after defeating the Imperial Battlemage Jagar Tharn and rescuing the Emperor Uriel Septim VII. Anne was orphaned at a young age, and lived on the streets until being taken in by Talin Warhaft. She took the name Terallia after supposedly seeing it in a dream. Her only son, Lysander Terallia, had one daughter, Jocasta Terallia, who was killed along with almost all of the living Terallias - save for her infant son Jorno - during the Siege of Kvatch.
