Moving with surprising speed after gaining control of Cardena, Calgar Pagitax led his troops against Murinium. Many were keen to strike a blow agains their old neighbour and rival, and Murinites were caught off gaurd. A short but bloody conflict brought a second city under Pagitax's control.
