The Great Cities

The Great Cities are the main population centers for the inhabitants of Talitha Harbor. There are a few scattered nomatic people, but due to the climate system they are rare. There is a small island between Anunitum, Candamius, and Pangu that houses The Pure Dawn Collective. No other land masses are occupied by a collective body of people.
Each city has the same overall structure, but with a different look and culture with each. Anunitum and Simmah are somewhat alike. Some call them sister cities. Besides being similar, they are also fairly close together even though they are on different Islands. The only thing that seperates them is the Alrescha Sea.
When the population started to demand that a third city be built, the Architects that designed it decided to go a different route. They still made sure their designs fit in with the goals of Ecology, but they wanted something more interesting than the drab grays and beige that are so prominent in the first two cities. They took the name and building designs from old Earth archives on the country of China. They have used the communal and courtyard style of some of their houses. They also used designs from some of the unusual city buildings for larger community buildings. Pangu also has a lot more color than the first two cities, bot inside of their buildings and out.
The newest City, Candamius, is currently under construction. There is a skeleton crew of inhabitants living there now, but mainly those in construction and some support personnel. At the suggestion of the young architect, Afton Bridges, they started building domed buildings early in the construction. Not every buildling in Candamius will be domed shape, but they are likely going to take take over and be the most unique feature. There is still some debate around the city layout and Talithan's probably won't see a functional city for an interval or two.
