Kerny Maligan
Kerny is the Mayor of Apple Springs.
A tall, pot-bellied fellow with deep laugh and a tendency to hug. Mayor Maligan is well liked by most of the townsfolk. He spends most of his day baking at his bakery, Apple Springs Baked Goods. He will stop baking to handle any town business as necessary, but prefers to keep such things to the last hour of the day before sunset, when he stops into the Apple Springs Assembly Hall to check in with the sheriff, Levenda Keyholder, and the town clerk, Mryna Potwalker.
Mayor Maligan is married to Alary Maligan.
