A parasitic device is implanted in a nerve cluster between the heart and the spine. Upon receiving a certain signal, it triggers seizures in the host body, and uses the excess electrical energy generated by those seizures to transmit an encoded radio pulse so that the host body can be located. Removal probably will catastrophically damage either the heart, the spine, or both.
