Saturnia

Saturnia is the capital of the Eretis Dominion. It is an ancient city located on one of the higher expanses of the Eretis Forest, safely above the nightly floods. The forest floor is the poorest part of the city, with residents living in earthen houses with roofs made of woven Caelum needles. The wealthier residents live inside the forest's Caelum Trees. There is little artificial light in the city as its dark elven citizens can see in the lightless forest floor. The dark elves chose it as the Dominion's capital due to its relatively central location among the various former polities that merged to become the Dominion.

Saturnia is the only city represented in the Eretis Forest in the game.
Dwarves start with -2000 faction with the city due to the rulers' prejudices.
The city has a spaceport with flights leaving to Utu Station every five minutes.
