Aspect of Storms Feat

Certain aspects of the Storm Wilds have become attached to you, melding with you and granting you some of its power. You gain the following benefits:

Prerequisite: Wildling

• You learn the Thunder Burst and Manipulate Lightning cantrips. Starting at 3rd level, you learn the Become Lightning spell. You can cast the Become Lightning spell innately without expending a spell slot once, regaining the ability to so when you complete a short or long rest. Constitution is your spellcasting ability for these spells unless your class already grants you a spellcasting feature.
• When you cast Become Lightning using this feat, you can cast it at a level equal to your proficiency bonus.
