You create a burst of cracking sound that can be heard up to 100 feet away. All other creatures within 5 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d8 thunder damage and be deafened until the end of its next turn.

• At Higher Levels. The spell's damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
