Aolfis
Lady of Solitude Aolfis (a.k.a. The Hermit)
Aolfis is the seventh child of Tai'San and Rinushka, a Prince of the Dawn. She is the reason for the isolation of the continent Aolfian, for which she is the original namesake.
Her kin are known for the close affinity with the Fey of Lady Freiran, much like Aolfis is close with her sister-wife.
Physical Description
General Physical Condition
Aolfis is a being that radiates magic from every pore. Her skin looks like its starlit even in full sunlight and her eyes change colour frequently. Apart from this she looks much like one would expect an elf to look
Body Features
Aolfis is no great warrior, but she does not need to be. She wears extravagant dresses over a lithe body and often carries a staff adorned with a clear crystal.
Facial Features
Aolfis silky long hair is the light green of a meadow and always seems to sway in a light breeze no matter where she goes. Her ears are leafshaped and close to the head.
Special abilities
Aolfis true power shows herself in emulation of her father. She alone sustains an impenetrable barrier around Aolfis, which lets people leave, but never enter. Any sapient species approaching the island is both subconsciously moved off path and faces strong currents and winds blowing them away.
Like the other Princes, Aolfis can sustain a Meld among her kin within the confines of Aolfian. She however limits the true meld to those living on Elvendom, while the elves remaining on the mainland only receive strange dreams of the meld.

Personal history
Aolfis was very close with her twin Hedhros growing up. Out of all Princes of the Dawn she was the only who took after her father in terms of divine powers, having a penchant for guarding magic.
Gender Identity
Aolfis was born female, but does not consider herself a woman. Rather there are certain aspects she can identify with, but other aspects are strange and foreign to her. Because of this, she still uses female pronouns, but considers herself nonbinary.
Sexuality
Aolfis is attracted to women. She fell in love with Freiran shortly after her transition but rarely sees her due to the distance between their realms.
Like all Princes of the Dawn, Aolfis is content with her sexuality. It does not occur to them that you might not be.
Education
Aolfis grew up listening to and following her father around, picking up much about the mysteries of the world that still remains secret to others. She received no formal training in magic like Thiora, and instead wills effects into existence.
Accomplishments & Achievements
Aolfis considers her conquest and isolation of the continent Aolfian her great work. Here her world stays as it was, unchanging and safe from the worries and woes of the world and the fingers of her twin brother.
Failures & Embarrassments
To this day Aolfis regrets her failure to prevent Hedhros fall into darkness. She routinely considers working towards redeeming him, but does not want to abandon Aolfian to achieve it.
Mental Trauma
The fall of Hedhros is the prime cause for Aolfis original isolationist ideology. She fears her brother and what he and his kin are doing to the world.
Intellectual Characteristics
Aolfis has always been perfectly adequate compared to her siblings. Her own genius comes from practice and experience and the wisdom on when to apply it.
Morality & Philosophy
Aolfis is relatively hands-off in her handling of the inner workings of Aolfian. She resides in her grand city on Elvendom and focuses on keeping others out of Aolfian. She has a strong notion for right from wrong, but trusts in the people inhabiting her world to do right without her influence.

Aolfis is of a dry character, but that only masks her inherent sense of humor. Her serious demeanor does not always show it, but Aolfis is always worried and fears that her brother may breach the barriers around Aolfian.
