The Highest Ranked Positions in Ta Tangia Enbria seem to be "The Twenty-Five;" A hand picked group of fantastic and highly competitive shadows who have shown themselves to do the most training, have the most knowledge, fight the best and have the ability to blend into society better than any others.

Remarkably straight, perfectly squared tunnels bore deep into the roots of the mountain and up into the otherwise inaccessible clearings in the depths of the Kanda Range where private gardens nurture every rare seed; from exotic saplings to equatorial herbs.
Throughout these mastercraft tunnels stand doorways and archways of Obsidian and Jade, symbols of the Jade Shadow's foundations, the physical embodiment of their name to remind them of what they are here and everywhere they go. What Ta Tangia Enbria could call their own "Territory" is pitifully small at this point; mostly relegated to DSEC, The Bringer Of Fertility's Personal Estate, A Small Shrine to Venara, a training compound in the Southern Core of the Empire that functionally amounts to a charm school and select parts of the mountains bordering Shar Essaro's Eastern Side.
That being said, Ta Tangia Enbria are eagerly spreading out what influence they have into surrounding territories; already with their fingers in the Capital Of Kanda and even with a presence in the newest Longia in the Empire; Soterri and Navo Kanda!
In time they hope to establish holdouts in every major region of the Empire and ensure The Bringer Of Fertility's holdings are vast and productive!

While they do not generally work in groups, every Shadow being her own one woman army, teamwork is not foreign to them and they have been known to form up personal cliques that work better together than apart. Capable of infiltration, impersonation, exploration, interpretation, extermination and assassination, Ta Tangia Enbria have no shortage of dangerous hobbies to use against others!

Many are all but addicted to watching tutorial videos on the Shar's Database and some have even taken some of these devices apart and put them back together again. Ta Tangia Enbria are ultimately the only ones in Shar Essaro who completely understand what everything does; how the electronics work, how to manage the greenhouses and grow-ops, how to maintain the plumbing, what not to do with the new stoves, why the new tractor is making that funny noise and how to handle the power tools. This doesn't begin to cover how technologically they see conflict; studied in fifth generation warfare, numerous modern martial arts and advanced asymmetrical fighting tactics that make up for their comparably small numbers.

Under The Bringer Of Fertility, The Shadows learn extremely high tier agricultural sciences, biology and genetics in motion; carrying out numerous experiments and maintenance plans for the most noteworthy agrarian resources in the Shar. (Which Are Sizeable, To Say The Least!) While the entire Shar has a veil of modernity about it; only Ta Enbria are properly aware of how to use the Tractors, understand the strange readings and measurements, can read any of the warning labels and understand the maintenance of such modern things as milking machines or electric shears... to say nothing of the overwhelming modernity of the Shar's Overall Layout.
Presently, especially when it comes to the industry of Shar Essaro, The Shadows are some of the only people who understand how to really make it thrive and nobody other than Marek Of War-Saw could direct the Shar's civilian inhabitants to use such resources properly. Even with their limited working hands and knowledgeable minds Shar Essaro is able to dispense food to the masses nearly for free to the entire surrounding Gall!
Utilizing modern agrarian methodology and being directly led by The Bringer Of Fertility himself, The Shadows are able to produce grain alone at nearly ten times the rate of the average Kandia farmer with the same amount of space!
Breeding Cattle that push the limits of modern size and milk production, Shar Essaro has had to dig more cheese caves to compensate for the overwhelming surplus of dairy!
With private greenhouses and gardens that remain productive even during the heaviest of snows, Marek's Chosen are always harvesting and processing something... much of which leaves through "Almindi's Gate" to be traded off to nearby holdings in order to gain their commerce and loyalty!
Ta Tangia Enbria ensure that Shar Essaro's people are stuffed to the gills and still have spare food to give away to poor, unfortunate souls outside of the walls of the holding! For two hours a day, EVERY DAY, they dedicate themselves to practical agriculture and agrarian science; ensuring the orchards, fields and greenhouses of The Shar are properly cared for and constantly productive before assigning the day's work to canny civilians!
During this time they also help Marek teach others how to do simpler agrarian duties, that the Shar may eventually become self sufficient without their help.

With every waking minute scheduled for them, each shadow has a special plan for her that targets her greatest strength and weaknesses; both academically and physically!
Any gifts are encouraged and nurtured where all weaknesses are quickly corrected and reinforced! Because of Marek Of War-Saw's intense training schedules for The Shadows and his aims for the organization as a whole; every girl in Ta Tangia Enbria learns several languages, higher mathematics, physics, biology, agricultural sciences, practical combat, infiltration and stealth, modern mechanical skills and other such modern concepts that necessarily put their level of skill beyond even the best of Kanda's Scholars and Soldiers.
It is, indeed, their primary role in life to LEARN! While particular members may be more or less skilled than others, none receive any fewer opportunities than their fellow Shadows on principle.
Unlike many interactions in Kanda, Class is not relevant as Ta Tangia Enbria are home to all capable girls; from the daughter of a pair of freed slaves to the high class heiress of a regionally known artistic family, human weapons born to foreign fathers or simple farm girls just looking to get away from home.
So long as one's scores are up to snuff and they are willing to discard all of the standard cultural notions Kanda has for women, Ta Tangia Enbria offer a certifiably MODERN education to women from all walks of life! While they all receive good education in modern skills, each and every Shadow also tends to have her own very special set of skills or abilities.
Some shadows are particularly good speakers while others are particularly good at fighting. Some are tinkerers and craftsmen while others are artists and actresses.
At least one Shadow can hit a fly from half a mile away with a thrown steel ball bearing while another is basically a cartoon character.
While most came upon their abilities and specialties before finding themselves within the ranks of Ta Tangia Enbria, it is there that they find their specialties honed to an obsidian edge!

The ENTIRE Shar is lined by a wall or mountains; maintaining a nearly perfect base of defense at the border and allowing nobody in or out except through a primary gate on the easternmost section of the barrier.
