Silva is particularly strong, even by Empowered standards as are most Empowered in the Lightspear Program. Silva is also considered the best at speeding up his mind at will. Silva is capable of projecting his mind being able to see things where he shouldn't be able to see up to about 150 meters away and is able to cause a small explosion where ever his perspective is. In his words its like "flying an invisible drone that can go through walls and explode on command with your own mind". Silva his been recorded to be able to accurately aim up to three explosions in one second within a visible 10 meters at full concentration. That number can double if the explosions are in the same position.
