Known globally as the dancer, Lee is one of the most infamous terrorist and Empowered in the world and is Operation Moonglow's most wanted criminal. Dancer is most well known for his work in the Hong Kong Explosion where he filmed the entire set up and uploaded it to the internet. After the explosion he uploaded regularly abound what he is up to. Despite that, he is highly elusive, never being caught. He is very charismatic, creating a massive following, excited and dreading to see what shocking content he will show next. He works all around the globe creating fear where ever he is. It is assumed he has connections to Entta. The fact that he is an Empowered is well known and he loves to show off his powers. Because of this, many people fear Empowered. Hong Kong police have identified Dancer as Dylan Lee. Most of his family moved to Canada but those who stayed had been murdered by an unknown person. Lee is the prime suspect. The family in Canada is in government protection.

Dancer's special ability is to swap the positions of two equal mass objects which can include himself. Any object he knows exactly where it is, is fair game. He can sense relative mass between two objects. An object is any group of molecules that is not completely separated by any other molecules. This means Dancer can bring his clothes with his when he swaps because he is technically one object. Dancer has a very good grasp of has power and is highly creative with it. He considers it his own art form, unique to him.
